The animation is really well done, it perfectly matches the music, I absolutely loved the colours... BUT
please I BEG YOU don't ever put human. anime. faces on ponies! IMO this should be absolutely forbidden except for the comic effect, which you apparently did not have in mind for this flash. That said, the faces are very nicely drawn and would make for great human characters... just not ponies.

Interesting

It resembles the Madness pretty much. However, the Madness series to me seems more "original", unique, while this looks somewhat standard. I think you should implement a completely new idea into this and it will become a new awesome series.

Or maybe I'm completely mistaken and this whole crazy violence is just the thing in itself)

Needless to say, the animation is great.
